摘要: Technology is constantly changing, and has enabled communication to be readily available everywhere, everyone, including students in classrooms. Most devices are portable, capable of talking, texting, surfing the internet. Many researchers have questioned impact technology on individuals, making multitasking a popular research area cognitive psychology today. Simulated environments been created used examine an individual’s performance while using cell phone as they engage everyday activities such driving or walking. Results from simulated found that when individuals perform primary task conversing phone, lower (Charlton, 2009). The majority examined how use affects performance. Because text messaging form among young adults, emerging now examining effects phones learning environments. purpose current study various components determine which component most distracting for college students.
