摘要: Abstract A sequential extraction procedure was used to assess the availability of selenium (Se) from four Scottish soils which may receive sewage sludge and a that be applied agricultural land. The identified two exchangeable (available) three non‐exchangeable Se fractions. fractions were defined as soluble (0.25M KCl) ligand (0.1M KH2PO4). acid‐extractable (4M HCl), oxidizable (dissolution in KClO3 concentrated HNO3), residual HF HNO3). fraction is not readily available for plant uptake, but has potential become through chemical microbial mobilization. total also determined each soil by one step digestion using HNO3 acids. determination individual performed isotope dilution‐mass spectrometry 76Se. ...
