摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter reviews the protocols involved in making electrophysiological assays of excitability from cells vivo and vitro . The presents details some experimental requirements necessary for studying electrically detectable events directly neuroendocrine reflexes neurohormonal forms intercellular communication. observations on excitable membrane properties anterior pituitary are revealed. results these studies show that even not derived neural crest have complex undoubtedly related to secretory activities cells. discussed as it provides a useful catechism determining only presence different types property, but also functional roles play input–output relations
