摘要: There have only been 18 cases reported in the literature of an epidermoid tumor arising interhemispheric fissure. We report a 45-year-old woman with She presented focal convulsive seizure. Radiological imaging identified fissure, which was subtotally removed due to adherence both anterior cerebral arteries and cortex. Epidermoid confirmed by histopathology. tumors rarely arise but are often adherent surrounding structures thus, as case, complete resection may be unwise.
