摘要: Purpose: The goal of the study is to research effect various time ageing on corrosion resistance, hardness and structures Remanium 2000+ Co-Cr-Mo alloys used in prosthodontia. Design/methodology/approach: To investigation was prepared mould, cast 1430°C realized heat treatment: solutioning 1250°C by 3 hours then 850°C 4, 8, 16 24 hours. Electrochemical examination were made water center which simulated artificial saliva environment. evaluation breakdown potential recording anodic polarization curves with use potentiodynamic methods. Corrosion resistance test carried out at room temperature VoltaLab® PGP201 system for electrochemical tests. Hardness obtained microhardness FM ARS 9000 FUTURE TECH load 1 kg. Structure observation after surface preparation: grinding, polishing etching light microscope LEICA MEF4A magnification 500x. Findings: age hardening one possible method forming hardness. highest value obtain specimen longer time. Research alloy characterized dendritic crystals structure all treated process. At observed most discontinuous precipitation stacking faults compare 4 doesn’t influenced much results only open circuit changed decreased while increased values repassivation kept a constant level. Practical implications: material dentures so it’s demand that their result this work make up an information what treatment parameters may be pay attention CoCrMo alloys. Originality/value: paper present especially time, important criteria dental engineering.
