摘要: Organizational knowledge management (KM) research studies the nature of knowledge, scope KM, factors and mechanisms that affect KM outcomes, as well theoretical frameworks. This paper discusses implications past for efforts in human genetic variation (HGV) domain presents a HGV-KM model. model identifies context HGV studies, predispositions may impact important processes. It also represents relationships among these issues. Applying model, further will point way improved capture dissemination from routine activities to contribute global genetics knowledgebase.
