摘要: The dynamic hysteresis scaling behaviors of Nb-doped Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3 ceramics have been investigated as a function electric field amplitude (E0) and frequency (f) at different temperatures (T). loop area saturated loops is found to follow various power laws ∝ E00.3065 fixed f ∝ f 0.0120 E0. Furthermore, the linear relation = k3 fαE0β + b3 estimated under temperatures. exponents α (=0.01) β (=0.10) are T-independent, whereas slopes k3 y-intercepts b3 T-dependent because increasing temperature in same phase range only decreases threshold reversal rather than change process.
