AN APPLICATION OF METHOD COMPARISON TO THE CALIBRATION OF AN IN-CAR FUEL METER

摘要: Two fuel meters were mounted in series between the pump and carburettor of a small car. The intention was to use precision positive-displacement meter calibrate an inexpensive turbine device. An initial comparative study using correlation regression analysis proved unsatisfactory. Recently-published work on method comparison studies shows why are technically unsound for comparisons this type. data re-analysed techniques proposed by Altman Bland 1983, but it first found necessary extend take into account need calibration because two effectively measured different units.
