摘要: 1. The reactions between chlorogenoquinone, the o-quinone formed during oxidation of chlorogenic acid, and bovine serum albumin depend on ratio reactants. 2. When is in excess, oxygen not absorbed products are colourless. This reaction probably involves thiol group albumin; it does occur with which has been treated p-chloromercuribenzoate, iodoacetamide or Ellman's reagent. 3. reacts excess red. red colour by lysine in-amino groups albumin, as prevented treating protein formaldehyde, succinic anhydride O-methylisourea. 4. Bovine modified a 1.5-fold (BSA-Q) fivefold (BSA-Q2) chlorogenoquinone were separated chromatography DEAE-Sephadex A-50, some their properties observed. 5. Reaction BSA-Q2 fluorodinitrobenzene suggests that terminal alpha-amino group, well groups, combined chlorogenoquinone.
