摘要: A new class of thermoresponsive dendronized polypeptides was prepared through highly efficient oxime ligation between oxyamino-substituted polylysines and aldehyde-cored oligoethylene glycol (OEG) dendrons. Their secondary structures behavior were investigated. Because the dendritic stable linkage, these OEG-based exhibited fast fully reversible phase transitions in neutrally aqueous solutions, their transition temperatures can be controlled around physiological temperatures.
