摘要: In this work, we investigated monodisperse spherical particles of mesoporous silica filled with gadolinium and europium oxide based material (admittedly – doped europium) mSiO2/a-Gd2O3:Eu3+. The composition the samples was studied by electron microprobe analysis. size distribution shape were characterized scanning microscopy. Structural properties transmission microscopy x-ray diffraction local cathodoluminescence (CL) technique used to study luminescent thoroughly investigate its structural features. It demonstrated that CL enables identify environment centers is hard conventional analysis techniques. comprehensive made it possible conclude suggested synthesis inside SiO2 mesopores reacts Si forming an amorphous oxyapatite-like structure crystalizes into hexagonal Gd4.67(SiO4)3O P63/m space group.
