摘要: Abstract Cerebral endovascular neurosurgery has evolved rapidly in the past decade through advances tools and techniques as a result of thrust toward evidence-based medicine. More patients with diseases traditionally treated via microsurgical approaches can now be that focus on endoluminal reconstruction. With introduction intracranial clot retrievers appropriately sized stents, stroke care is being slowly revolutionized for those salvageable brain tissue at time admission to hospital. In this article, recent history, current state, possible future cerebral are reviewed following diseases: stroke, atherosclerotic disease, brachiocephalic occlusive aneurysms, central nervous system vascular malformations, tumors. New concepts applications treatment epilepsy multiple sclerosis mentioned. The potential nanotechnology field suite envisioned.
