Operative strategies in the management of mediastinal pancreatic pseudocyst.

摘要: Thirty-four cases of mediastinal pancreatic pseudocyst have been previously reported. Among the 32 previous reports with operative or autopsy analysis, communication has identified in 30. Even when this quite small between fluid collection and pancreas, recommended strategy enteric drainage directly to communicating tract. We report case a patient whom pancreas was not located. The condition managed by decompression main duct means longitudinal pancreaticojejunostomy chronic pancreatitis.
