摘要: Abstract The process of chemical reaction between hydrogen atoms and the oxide layer on surface stainless steel is studied. experiment carried out for following condition: flux density 10 14 cm −2 sec −1 temperature sample about 520 K. Apparent probability measured as a function atom dose. 2 × thick 3 −3 after exposure 18 H-dose. In each case, tendency investigated that production rate water molecules affected by H-atoms metal.
