摘要: The aim of the present study was to review current evidence in management pancreatic stump after pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD). A literature search conducted using following key words: PD, Whipple's operation, pancreaticojejunostomy (PJ), pancreaticogastrostomy (PG), dunking, duct mucosa (DTM) and stent. Emphasis made on randomized, controlled trials meta-analyses. Simple ligation or occlusion abandoned due a high complication rate. Most surgeons fashioned PJ PG restore drainage juice. Dunking DTM were two major ways construct anastomosis. superiority binding technique still needs be proved. However, Blumgart's modified achieved favourable outcome some non-randomized trials. Pancreatic fistula not decreased by internal stent, but an external stent might helpful. No single type pancreaticoenteric anastomosis is able demonstrate significant others. Similar controversy also occurs use For successful stump, no matter which employed, meticulous surgical with optimization blood supply cannot overemphasized.
