摘要: Abstract With the increasing concern for health and nutrition, dietary fat has attracted considerable attention. The composition of fatty acids in a diet is important since they are associated with major diseases, such as cancers, diabetes, cardiovascular disease. biosynthesis unsaturated (UFA) requires expression fat-associated genes, SCD, FADS1, FADS2, FADS3, which encode variety desaturases, to catalyze addition double bond acid chain. Recent studies using new molecular techniques genomics, well clinical trials have shown that these genes UFA closely related physiological conditions chronic diseases; it was found existence alternative transcripts desaturase isoforms might affect human lipid metabolism different ways. In this review, we provide an overview desaturases nutrition. Moreover, recent findings U...
