摘要: Numerous experiments have been carried out in order to identify occlusal trauma as an etiologic factor the pathogenesis of periodontopathies. With Periotest (http://www.periotest.de/) instrument is available quantify overstressing. In 905 teeth and 43 patients with periodontitis values were determined without contact under maximum habitual occlusion. Clinical parameters like probing depth, recession, papillary bleeding index, bone resorption qualitative such tipped tooth, filling, abrasion facets areas eccentric evaluated. Bone was based on intraoral radiographs. Multiple linear regression calculations between standard (Periotest value tooth contact) or differences (the difference occlusion dependent variables quantitative independent resulted determination coefficients 61% for 40 % difference. The influence clearly dominated over all other parameters. 2 Occlusal teeth, restorations explored pathological pockets. Significantly higher significantly more negative interpreted a possible source trauma. Less indicate reduced intercuspidation. Abrasion tend cause stressing. Restorations had no effect differences.
