摘要: Article Type: Review Introduction: Teeth with irreversible pulpitis usually undergo root canal therapy (RCT). This treatment modality is often considered disadvantageous as it removes vital pulp tissue and weakens the tooth structure. A relatively new concept has risen which suggests (VPT) for pulpitis. VPT calcium enriched mixture (VPT/CEM) demonstrated favorable outcomes when treating permanent molars study aims to compare patient related factors, safety organizational consideration parts of health technology assessment (HTA) VPT/CEM biotechnology compared RCT. Materials Methods: Patient factors were assessed by looking at short- long-term clinical success; evaluated a specialist committee discussion board involved in formulating healthcare policies. Organizational evaluation was performed social implications estimating costs, availability, accessibility acceptability. The impact investigating incidence effect this on reducing burden disease. Results: deemed feasible acceptable like RCT; however, more successful, accessible, affordable, available also safer than Conclusion: When considering socioeconomic oral status health-related quality life VPT/CEM, novel can be effective efficient RCT mature
