摘要: Abstract: Rats were fed through four generations with a semisynthetic diet containing 1.0% sunflower oil (6.7 mg/ g n-6 fatty acids, 0.04 mg/g n-3 acids). Ten days before mating, half of the animals received in which was replaced by soya (6.6 0.8 acids) and analyses performed on their pups. Fatty acid analysis isolated cellular subcellular material from sunflower-fed showed that total amount unsaturated acids not reduced any or fraction (except 60-day-old rat neurons). All an important reduction docosahexaenoic content, compensated neurons) increase (mainly C22:5 n-6). When comparing oil, n-3/n-6 ratio 16-fold oligodendrocytes, 12-fold myelin, twofold neurons, sixfold synaptosomes, threefold astrocytes. No trienes detected. Saturated monounsaturated hardly affected. This study provides data composition brain cells.
