摘要: A method and apparatus for determining an efficient reliable power level the MS's transmitter reverse link communications during a rescue procedure to dropped calls quickly with high success rate is disclosed. mobile station's mean transmission output computed by first receive input when station transmits connection procedure. This then adjusted using up four parameters. These variables include (1) pre-rescue delta, (2) interference (3) delay compensation value, (4) pre-determined value.
