摘要: The study aimed to evaluate the potentialities of Dynamic Geometry Environments (DGE) in teaching and learning mathematical proof by analyzing students’ cognitive processes while solving an open geometry problem. was conducted a grade-10 math class Lebanese school. Data were collected through whole-class observation with analysis paper-based data closer 12 pairs students. focused on mistakes that occurred at three stages proving process: construction manipulation figure; formulation conjecture; itself. results suggest development “framework failed processes” classifies errors type explanations for failure.
