摘要: The small intestine is an organ with very well developed immunological activity. There are specific cells in the mucosa of responsible for releasing inflammatory mediators that can lead to Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome (MODS), which a complex process occur after ischemia-reperfusion injury. accumulation wall also increases expression apoptotic genes. aim this study was detect and analyse changes genes (Bax, Bcl2) production cytokines (TNFα, IL1β, IL6, IL10) tumour growth factor beta (TGFβ). Male Wistar rats underwent ischemia performed by complete occlusion mesenteric artery. Ischemia followed reperfusion periods 1 hour, 24 hours, 30 days. Subsequently, total RNA isolated from RT-PCR (real-time) performed. significant increase levels Bcl2, TNFα, IL10, TGFβ) one hour decreased tendency hours Streszczenie:
