摘要: The concept of alienation is used to integrate research findings on the relationship occupational stress coronary disease risk. analysis takes objective aspects alienated labor (lack control over work process, loss product through appropriation, and competitive fragmented relations) subjective dimensions (sense powerlessness, dissatisfaction, frustration) as categories within which certain factors in can be subsumed. These are placed a broader social critique, it suggested that chronic may reduced workers gain increased process their labor.
