摘要: Abstract Anaerobic glucose metabolism in hydrogen-producing Clostridium tyrobutyricum was investigated batch culture with varying initial concentrations (27.8–333.6 mM). To understand the regulation of metabolism, carbon material and reduction balances were applied to estimate flux distribution for first time, metabolic analysis (MFA) used provide qualitative information guidance effective design. The overall suggested that C. has a high capacity production butyrate hydrogen at an concentration 222.4 mM, balanced activities NADH ATP.
