摘要: Cilligan's (1982, 1987) hypothesis regarding the origin of moral orientation was investigated in 40 dual-parent families with 2 children, aged and 4 years. Two issues were particular interest: sex differences parents, socialization children. Data consisted transcripts family interaction during sibling property conflict. Parental interventions coded for justice care orientations. Regardless gender mothers used significantly more than orientation, whereas fathers slightly care. Support Gilligan's hypothe sis partial; although parents displayed gender-related orientations, children not being socialized differently according to their genders.
