摘要: A high heterologous expression of an alkaline pectate lyase (APL) pelNK93I in E. coli was obtained through optimizing the lactose feeding and fed-batch fermentation. The highest soluble APL activity produced by BL21 (pET22b-pelNK93I) 10,181 U/mL which is level so far. On this basis, to improve extracellular yield APL, optimized glycine used achieve elevated production pelNK93I. 6357 U/mL also relatively higher than that previous reports. final productivity 282.8 U/mL/h fermentation a 10 L fermenter. Thus current study has provided cost-effective method for over-expression preparation its industrial applications. Moreover, (4 U/mL) bioscouring increased cottonseed husk removal radial capillary effect cotton fabric 37.63% 47.06%, respectively, making it promising enzyme green textile technology.
