摘要: This paper is a discussion of the evolution and development Knowledge Management (KM) system at major innovation project -based software organization that delivers custom IT enabled business solutions to customers across globe, we will refer as ABC, Inc.This study looks lessons learned in process from point view author, who served consultant member KM team for time.Some may serve best practices, especially project based organizations are embarking on an integrated approach leveraging management organizational knowledge.
