摘要: Background: The assessment and rehabilitation of acquired neurogenic communication disorders rarely involves a systematic analysis gesture use. right cerebral hemisphere has been identified as possible locus control for gesture. McNeill's (McNeill & Duncan, 2000) growth point theory posits structure the organisation processes from both hemispheres which serves to support integration gestural verbal messages that emerge non‐modality specific cognitive or idea unit. Aims: first aim this research was describe male non‐brain‐damaged (NBD) speakers' use in context spontaneous discourse. second compare production patterns five individual males with damage (RHD) NBD group's pattern performance.
