摘要: This study investigated the effects of purple rice extract (PRE ) on inflammation-related colon carcinogenesis. Administration PRE 1 g/kg bodyweight reduced both number (39.05%) and size aberrant crypt foci (ACF) (14.28%) in colons rats that received dimethylhydrazine (DMH) initiation with promotion by dextran sulfate sodium (DSS) (P<0.05) reduction TNF-α expression colonic epithelial cells. On other hand, could suppress IL-6 RAW 264.7 cells activated lipopolysaccharide (LPS) at mRNA protein levels. Moreover it reduce IL-1β inflamed HT-29. These findings suggested is able to modulate inflammatory process macrophages cancer Therefore, suppressed macrophage activation cell line response inflammation modulated induced ACF progression rat colon.
