摘要: Renewable energy-based grid integrations in distribution systems cause changes the energy structure of such as load flow, short circuit and protection coordination. Today, conventional transformers are insufficient meeting needs loads with different profiles connection renewable sources solar wind to grid. Additional mechanisms needed overcome power quality problems, especially voltage rise fall, fraying, or harmonics. With advances semiconductor technology, electronics has emerged a promising solution dealing problems complex systems. Solid-state transformer (SST) is novel technology that can affect developments many fields systems, smart grids, tail for flexible conversion between medium low-voltage customer side. Compared transformers, SSTs provide reactive compensation, simple battery factor correction, galvanic isolation, protection, harmonic control frequency conversion. As result, integration plants electrical creates big challenges terms harmonics, flow control, isolation protection. Thus, will play significant role future topologies. In this study, modeling analysis solid-state grid-connected PV plant carried out MATLAB/Simulink. The analyses proposed system examined thanks simulation study. This would be contribution development implementation applications SSTs.
