摘要: Since the intoxicating effects of fermented products plant foods were discovered – probably in Paleolithic or even at earlier times alcoholic drinks have been largely consumed by humans [1]. Ancient records and art from Babylon, Mesopotamia Egypt, other early civilizations indicate that use alcohol as a beverage, medicine, ceremonial drink was common [2]. Alcoholic beverages some few socially legally permissible drugs most societies except for Muslims its has recommended food “tonic” sick children [3]. However, it is important to take into account nowadays, about 21 % all deaths worldwide disease trauma are attributable abuse [4].
