摘要: Background: To analyse the asphericity of anterior corneal surface (ACS) for different diameters, and correlate those values with higher order aberrations (cHOA) before after myopic treatments refractive therapy (CRT) orthokeratology customized (CL) standard laser (SL) assisted in situ keratomileusis (LASIK). Setting: Clinica Oftalmologica NovoVision, Madrid, Spain. Methods: The right eyes 81 patients (27 each treatment group), a mean age 29.94 ± 7.5 years, were analysed. Corneal videokeratographic data used to obtain (Q) diameters from 3 8 mm cHOA root square (RMS) obtained Zernike polynomials pupil diameter 6 mm. Results: There statistically significant differences calculated at their changes. difference between reference showed correlations spherical-like that was also significantly increased all procedures. Conclusions: shift among techniques are more evident smaller diameters. These can be much reduced or even masked peripheral point 4 centre, which is by some topographers. © 2011 Spanish General Council Optometry. Published Elsevier Espana, S.L. All rights reserved.
