摘要: Hand eczema is a public health problem. The 1-year prevalence in the general population Western countries 9–10 %, and incidence rate 5–9 cases per 1,000 person-years. Females young individuals are most affected. long-term prognosis poor. Risk factors endogenous, particularly atopic constitution, exogenous, including wet work exposure to contact allergens. Lifestyle may have an influence on occurrence. common occupational skin disease. Occupational disease registers are, however, shown considerably underreport true of hand eczema. There no generally accepted method assess severity eczema, although several methods been published. has psychological, social, financial consequences. Sick leave, change, loss job, impact quality life all consequences that documented.
