摘要: SLC7A5, who is also named LAT-1, has been validated as a promoter regulated by miRNA-126 in our previous research for gastric cancer cells. However, the mechanisms driving SLC7A5 to affect bio-function of cells are unclear, remaining us lots elucidate. The aim this study investigate regulating effect CRKL, one critical genes involving with progression, on expression. By studying cell lines and clinical pathological specimens, we found that expression was significantly correlated CRKL. depleting CRKL SGC-7901 cells, impaired, invasion migration were suppressed. Ectopic could drastically rescue phenotypes induced depletion study. Accordingly, conclude functions metastasis, be its regulators modulating consequentially metastatic feature findings indicate regulation relationship between provide useful evidence therapeutic strategies.
