摘要: Abstract Decidual cells have been found previously to be damaged by hypertonic saline injected intra-amniotically as well extra-amniotically, while the trophoblast appeared mainly unaltered. To investigate apparent differences in stability between two types of cells, they were compared regarding their vulnerability during osmotic stress and autolysis vitro. The decidual exceedingly fragile contained lysosomes low resistance. Since are rich prostaglandins—or precursors—the cell membranes should importance for maintenance pregnancy. It is suggested that damage easily disrupted with consequent liberation prostaglandins mechanism which induces abortion. Factors influencing lysosomal plasma could important prevention abortion premature labor, or initiation normal labor at term.
