摘要: A method of elimination uremic toxins such as urea, uric acid, creatinine, p-cresol and indoxyl sulfate from solutions by adsorption onto zeolites is introduced. The physical chemical properties microporous materials are varied systematically (pore size, acidity, hydrophobicity, grain charge compensating cations, stabilization high pressure hydrothermal treatment). Initial concentrations applied close to the measured in blood healthy persons patients having renal failure. results obtained at 37 °C show that specific not only depended on size channels but also interactions between substances zeolite lattices. For initial failure, it possible eliminate 75% creatinine an acidic mordenite (MOR) 60% a hydrophobic silicalite (MFI). These comparable or better than conventional dialysis systems where about 67% for 29% p-cresol. Adsorption active carbon equal zeolites, however, application this adsorbent has be rejected non-specific.
