摘要: Currently, the Dutch Customs Department is building a nationwide information system to handle all kinds of declarations related import and export goods. For this purpose Petri-net-based Workflow Management System (WFMS) named COSA has been selected. During selection process, it turned out that there are several reasons for insisting on WFMS. The three main selecting WFMS discussed in paper. In our opinion these also relevant many other projects involved or implementation
