摘要: Abstract Subpicosecond time-resolved absorption studies have been carried out on a cerium porphyrin-phthalocyanine sandwich mixed dimer in the liquid and solid states. Following excitation, two relaxation processes having time constants of ≈ 1 40 ps are observed irrespective to nature environment. The first process is attributed excited state low-lying charge transfer state. second one, much slower, accounts for back ground comparison phase data clearly allows role solvent be eliminated.
