摘要: This invention provides fire prevention and detection for heavy-duty medium-duty commercial military vehicles by ensuring the engine is automatically immediately shut down upon occurrence of a catastrophic event that may lead to fire. The shutdown achieved through isolation vehicle batteries alternator disconnecting those devices from all electrical circuits. Anomalies cause disconnect include battery load currents are outside preset range, excessive temperatures, smoke in drive compartment or sleeper, frontal impact accident rollover. Once disconnected, contactor must be manually reset order restore power vehicle.
