摘要: Abstract Supported iridium catalysts, with loading between 0.4 and 0.7 wt.-% metallic particle size less than 2 nm have been characterized by hydrogen oxygen titrations. In most cases, the titration cycles led to a value for ratio THirr-to-QHirr that was different from 3, either classical supports such as Al2O3, MgO SiO2-Al2O3 or able generate strong metal support interaction (SMSI) CeO2 Nb2O5. For supports, it seems Ir-O bond strength is increased when Ir deposited on basic support, leading in case of Ir/MgO, 1.5. contaminated SO2−4 give rise SMSI, ≫ 3. this latter case, adsorbed partially reduced titrated same way particles. The mainly CeO2, shows similar adsorption properties
