摘要: We theoretically study the operation of a 4-terminal device consisting two lateral thin-film spin valves that are coupled by magnetic insulator such as yttrium iron garnet via transfer torque. By magnetoelectronic circuit theory we calculate current voltage characteristics and find negative differential resistance gain in large region parameter space. demonstrate functionality is preserved when control valve replaced normal metal film with Hall angle.
