摘要: In a PIN diode drive circuit, forward voltage is applied to through first switching element and reverse the second element. A limiting unit limits an increase rate of absolute value recovery current smaller than threshold value, flowing when changes from voltage. The less 1 time 0.5 times or more maximum peak appears regarding current.
