摘要: Double ionization of helium in the perturbative regime has been explored a kinematically complete collision experiment using 100 MeV/u C 6+ ions. Different mechanisms are identified by inspecting angular distribution electrons as function momentum transfer q to target projectile. For 1 :2 au, faster electron resulting from binary encounter with projectile is emitted along direction transfer, while other distributed uniformly. Experimental data compared various model calculations based on Bethe-Born approximation shake-off. Surprisingly, effect final state interaction found depend decisively choice initial wavefunction.
