摘要: Provided herein are systems and methods for detecting a compromised flow line in laboratory instrument. In one embodiment, example, the system includes: (1) wash station fluid communication with sample probe; (2) coupled to withdraw from deliver waste tank; (3) vacuum transducer, line, measure pressure per unit time within line. The is then used detect (e.g., clog, occlusion, opening, etc. line).
