摘要: This paper deals with infections due to certain bacteria that occur chiefly, but not exclusively, in hospitalized patients. We followed Brachman’s (4) definition of nosocomial as “those which are apparent on admission develop afterwards and, when clinically diagnosed, do appear have been incubating at the time admission”. For identification causative organisms, reader is referred bibliography, particularly references 16 and 61 d. Emphasis has recent publications.
