摘要: Background Several predictors have been associated with upper extremity (UE) recovery after stroke, but characteristics that predict shoulder function constraint-induced movement therapy (CIMT) not yet identified. Objectives To identify satisfactory in patients reduced at admission to CIMT. Methods One hundred and seventy five were treated using CIMT while a specialized inpatient hospital. Satisfactory was defined according the functional ability scale of Wolf Motor Function test. Predictors identified multivariable logistic regression. Results Better distal arm good proximal on strong function, age time since stroke not. Seventeen percent all CIMT-participants pre-CIMT reached level Discussion A substantial part Intensive training, comprising tasks require both UE may increase potential reserve.
