摘要: Abstract : While feedback is an essential element of performance, there little theory explaining the effects negative feedback. Disagreement exists as to whether good or bad and this impacts its use. Fortunately, control provides scholars with opportunity better understand conditions necessary support intended function. This study examined relationship between task performance in a leadership development environment. work asserts that contingent on perceived usefulness, such stronger when usefulness high weaker it low. In addition, research led creation new instrument measure perceptions antecedent effective Results indicate positive moderating four post-feedback tasks. Analysis also demonstrated newly developed scale demonstrates model fit (evaluated by confirmatory factor analysis) strong internal consistency reliability (Cronbach's alpha).
