摘要: The quantitative extraction of cationic surfactant (CS+) in river sediments was studied. Further, the developed method applied to spectrophotometric determination CS+ urban sediment samples by solid-phase with membranes. A mixture methanol and hydrochloric acid proposed as an eluent. Dried digested eluent under ultrasonic irradiation. After elution, evaporated almost dryness. residue dissolved a small volume diluted certain water. pH solution adjusted 4 - 5 separate iron some other metals precipitates hydroxides. passed through two-piled membranes: first glass-fiber then polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membranes elute any retaining on passing exchange resin column, retained eluted containing high concentration sodium chloride. Water, Bromophenol Blue (BPB) were added solution. mixed cellulose ester membrane filter retain ion associate CS+·BPB-. N,N-dimethylformamide together filter, followed addition triethanolamine make alkaline. absorbance due BPB2- measured at 603 nm against reagent blank. This water sediment. 10-5 mol kg-1 levels detected satisfactory precision. It found that about 500-fold enriched from place where domestic wastewater discharged.
