摘要: Abstract A combined procedure, employing the Nazarian equation and Griffith rapid equilibrium technique, is presented for determination of molecular weights by low-speed sedimentation using Rayleigh interference optics. This makes it possible to obtain a weight measurement from one experiment in relatively short period time with high accuracy comparatively simple calculations. Seven proteins ranging 13,000 500,000 were examined, reach was found be linearly related log weight, thus establishing necessary criterion use when deciding duration an question. Finally, shown ideally suited Edelstein-Schachman procedure partial specific volumes.
