摘要: Abstract A combined procedure, employing the Nazarian equation and Griffith rapid equilibrium technique, is presented for determination of molecular weights by low-speed sedimentation using Rayleigh interference optics. This makes it possible to obtain a weight measurement from one experiment in relatively short period time with high accuracy comparatively simple calculations.
