摘要: Following the take-off of Ghana's decentralization policy in 1988, planning has changed from a centralized system to decentralized approach aimed at placing communities centre stage development through formulation district plans. This study explores spaces for community participation District Medium-Term Development Plans (DMTDPs) East Mamprusi ascertain extent plans formulation. It highlights perceptions citizens on these and mechanisms their involvement, how they perceive actual involvement spaces. Furthermore, it identifies relevant constraints DMTDP district.
